The team at El Indio have got it down. Smart interiors but also a cosy, fabulous location across from the beach at Bondi, and a great selections of South American street food dished up with a warmth that makes you feel like a welcome guest. From the bowls of pulled pork, rice and black beans to the arepas
with prawns, guacamole and vegan options, there is lots of choice. The servings are generous, but don't fill up too quickly as you have to leave room for deserts like the classic tres leches and olguitos, done so well here. A drink selection of various fresh juices, kombucha and a comprehensive wine list together with great people watching - its a pretty nice experience all round.
