Three Questions: Aussie expat chef Shane Osborn
Frequently described as one of Australia's best cooking exports is the thoroughly likeable Shane Osborn. Following Michelin star success at Pied-a-Terre in London, Shane continues to notch up the awards showcasing his skills nowadays at Arcane and Cornerstone in Hong Kong. I had the pleasure of meeting Shane and Mark Best in Los Angeles where they were filming the Netflix series The Final Table.
Recently, when catching up to see how things were going during isolation in Hong Kong, I asked Shane my three questions:
1.Secret naughty food obsession?
Valrhona Caramelia chocolate.
2.Memorable thing you ate most recently?
Anything and everything at Samsen by chef Adam Cliff here in Hong Kong.
3. Never fail pantry ingredient?
Dried pasta or rice noodles.
